Our Process

STEP 1: COMPLETE WEDDING QUESTIONNAIRE

Click on the tab to fill out our questionnaire, which helps us understand your floral needs and provide an accurate estimate.

The form allows you to include a link to your Pinterest board and attach any helpful references like color/fabric swatches, flower preferences, or other inspiration that captures your vision.

STEP 2: SCHEDULE A CONSULTATION

After receiving your questionnaire, we can schedule a 30 minute consultation. Whether you prefer meeting in person, by phone, or virtual meeting, this is where we can start planning your floral arrangements!

STEP 3: CONFIRM YOUR BOOKING

We will provide a detailed quote for your floral needs within a week of initial consultation. To secure a date, a 20% retainer and signed contract are required. Once you book, we are happy to make changes to your proposal along the way!

STEP 4: FINAL CONFIRMATION

A few weeks before your event, we will finalize details with you. The remaining balance is due two weeks before your event, with flexibility for any last-minute changes.
